first_imgA Kentucky man pleaded guilty to three counts related to felony OWI that caused a death.A Kentucky man who admitted his role in a fatal drunk driving accident will soon learn his fate.46-year-old Larry Gentry of Mount Vernon, Kentucky, pleaded guilty to three felony counts related to operating a vehicle while intoxicated causing death and OWI, according to the Brookville American-Democrat. Two counts are listed as class B felony and one is listed as a class C felony.Gentry was charged in the fall of 2011 after police allege he was the driver in an accident on Carolina Trace Road in Franklin County that claimed the life of 58-year-old Calvin Offill of West Harrison.According to the newspaper, Gentry had a blood alcohol content that was double the legal limit.A sentencing hearing will be held Wednesday where Gentry could receive a sentence ranging from 14-48 years.last_img
